Access to “My Closing 24/7” is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During the closing process our Escrow Officers are always available to answer questions about closing documents, status reports, title commitments, and closing statements. Highland Lakes Title maintains sovereign title plants in both Burnet and Llano counties. With our experienced abstractors and examiners, we are able to produce timely title commitments, owners and lien searches, nothing further certificates, document retrieval services, and other relevant abstract services upon request.
