In 1979 Wade Hutto and Mike Lucksinger formed a law partnership and purchased Llano County Abstract Company beginning with a support staff of 2 employees. In 1989 Burnet County Abstract Company was purchased. In 1990 the two companies were merged to form Highland Lakes Title. Today the title company and law firm have a combined total of over 60 employees.

Elaine Kamradt began her career in title work in 1970 working at Central Title Company in Longview, Texas, learning all phases of title work, including opening files, building abstracts, examining, typing commitments and documents, issuing policies and closing transactions.
Ms. Kamradt began working at Llano County Abstract & Title in August, 1983. Llano County Abstract & Title eventually became Highland Lakes Title. Ms. Kamradt is now Executive Vice President - Plant Operations, overseeing the Llano and Burnet County title plants.
Ms. Kamradt has been with Highland Lakes Title for 24 years and has been in the Title Industry for 30 years. |

Tracey Becker started in the title business in March 1983 in the Kingsland market. In February 1984 Ms. Becker moved to the Dallas area and began working for Hexter Fair Title Company. She later transferred to David Fair's Fee Office for Commonwealth Land Title. In the Dallas Market, Ms. Becker specialized in residential and builder transactions. Moving back to Marble Falls in 1991, Ms. Becker commuted to Austin to work for Title Agency of Austin (now known as Alamo Title) as manager of their Westlake Branch office. In 1995 Ms. Becker started working in the local Marble Falls market and joined Highland Lakes Title in 1998, specializing in commercial, residential and subdivision development. She was promoted to Executive Vice-President of Escrow Operations in 2003.

Terri Lilley started working as a closer for Highland Lakes Title in 1990, shortly after the Horseshoe Bay office was opened. In 1994 Ms. Lilley was promoted to manager. In 1998 she became Vice President of Marketing, Public Relations and Business Development. Her career has continued with Highland Lakes Title, becoming Executive Vice President in 2003 and Chief Operations Officer in 2007.

Darlene Riley re-entered the work force for TRW Credit Data as a Customer Service Representative in 1988. In 1990, she transferred to TRW Appraisal Services as Manager over three offices, San Antonio, Austin and Corpus Christi. In 1992, Ms. Riley began her Title career as an Escrow Assistant for First American Title in San Antonio and was promoted to Escrow Officer in 1994. In 1997, Ms. Riley became associated with Lawyers Title of San Antonio as an Escrow Officer. In 2002, Ms. Riley had the opportunity to relocate to the Highland Lakes area and began her career with Highland Lakes Title as Marketing Director. In 2003, Ms. Riley was promoted to Executive V.P. of Customer Operations and offices from the Marble Falls location.
Ms. Riley has 15 years of experience in the Title Industry. |

Rayma Roberts has been in the accounting field for the past 21 years. Her career began with G. Allen Fischer, C.P.A. When Mr. Fischer sold his practice, Ms. Roberts joined the firm of Michael D. Center, Certified Public Accountants. In 1996 she established her own company, Pinnacle Financial Services. With an extensive background in the field of title industry accounting, she joined Highland Lakes Title in 1999. In 2003 she was promoted to Executive Vice President/CFO.
